Meer is quick to answer calls and schedule appointments. I have even had to ask then to revisit an installation on a ceiling fan to rewire the remote control to the wall switch and they were quick to respond. Their techs are very friendly and neat. They dispose of boxes and old fixtures.

The Meer Electric team who came out, Cris and Cody, were very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Richard and Robert did an excellent job! I could not be at the appointment due to a work commitment, so my mother met with the electricians for me. They were very patient with her while she communicated issues back and forth to me so that I could make the final decisions. They were also very helpful with the placement of lights for not only function, but aesthetics as well! My mother said that she has never been more impressed with a company and that she now wants to be a customer of Meer Electric as well!

Excellent company. Excellent work. We had three projects to do at the house and right from the start We knew we were in great hands – very professional very smart guys very efficient workers. We had them hang a chandelier in the foyer, they added an outlet in our floor, and they fixed our under counter lighting. So good we will definitely use them for anything we need that’s electrical.

I am a retired Roswell resident without any ties to Meer so I can honestly say… If you have any electrical issue, you need to call Meer Electric first. They are the best in customer service and resolving your electrical problems..

I made the mistake of calling another well advertised company to solve a intermittent problem on one circuit breaker. They were supposed arrive the next morning, there was no communication and they did not arrive until the afternoon. After 3 hours of fiddling with their volt meters, I was informed that I would have to spend money on a new circuit panel, smoke detectors with battery backups, some kind of permit, lots of GFCI receptacles, an Arc Fault breaker, and their ground surge package. This amounted to $14,454 and they drove away without fixing a thing. I had no ceiling lights on the first floor, porch lights, and my ceiling fans were not functioning. They did Zero.  I found screws on my hardwood floors from the ceiling fan and the wall plates. No cleanup. Not knowing how this was going to be fixed without spending a lot of money was very stressful for me. Why did they try to up-sell me and not fix the problem? Commission?

My next call was to Meer, and I was reassured by project manager Ryan that someone would be there first thing the next morning to help me. He wasn’t kidding. They communicated when they would arrive and they were on time. They listened to my explanation of how the circuit tracked, and did an immediate evaluation on the panel, which was fine. They took the time to trace back through the circuit until they found the problem. A ceiling fan at the end of the circuit had scorched wiring in the box, and the fan motor only hummed. The circuit was terminated for future fan replacement and the wall switch was taped off. There was another wiring issue identified in the living room ceiling fan that was changed. Everything was put back as it was, and I felt so much better knowing there wasn’t an electrical issue to worry about.

Sahand and Luis were very thorough and professional. I actually enjoyed talking with them and seeing them resolve my problem. They even vacuumed the floors around where they worked. It was such a relief to me to know the problem was understood, repaired and resolved, without spending a ton of money. The final cost was under $500, a far cry from what I was quoted from the first company. I will always call Meer first when there is electrical project or problem. They are honest

I love Meer Electric. This is a second review, as I have had a number of things done over two visits. This second visit had James and Hunter. As always, James was great. Hunter is very smart, thorough and polite. They were timely, worked at a good pace. Great communication and cleaned up afterwards and helped dispose of boxes and old fixtures. Will have them back when I have more projects.

These were two of the nicest guys I’ve ever had work in my home. Although my repairs were simple this time, over the years I’ve had a hard time finding electricians that could figure out difficult wiring issues. Extremely satisfied by the installation of a manual transfer switch and power inlet for my portable electric start portable Champion generator. A nice clean installation by Victor and Edwin that only took a few hours to complete.

What is impressive is the prompt and thorough communications from Meer regarding the first estimate appointment, recommendations for the most economical options, quick follow-up scheduling, location tracking provided of installation team for the day of the appointment, communications with installation team to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

Just absolutely stellar customer service, way beyond expectations. Very well planned, their experience was demonstrated and was executed as a pro-active customer service, versus the typical reactionary customer service experienced with majority of service companies in our area today.

I contacted 13 companies for this job – 4 no return phone calls, 4 estimates in person and discounted 5 from any further communications as they were totally unprofessional. 3 of the estimate companies ghosted me after submitting estimates! The job was 4 figures, not $50 and worth their while.

If all our interactions with vendor businesses were as exceptional as experienced with Meer, it would be a pleasure to hire contractors for work. Meer sets an extremely high standard that is probably not approachable by 99% of the companies servicing our area today with various services, because other businesses just don’t seem to care enough about their customers – as the ongoing growth of Atlanta has kept them in business despite their haphazard service that would have put them out of business anywhere else.

Meer could be an expert trainer or consultant for these other businesses, as their customer service and expertise in their services provided are THAT FANTASTIC! Best service company I have ever worked with in Georgia, bar none, over the past 20 years.

These guys are amazing! Chris & Cody were able to resolve (within 30 minutes) our multiple electrical annoyances including garage door tripping, issues with our water feature not working and landscape lighting. Hired Meer Electric to install three ceiling fans in our upstairs bedrooms. Richard and Zack came on time, were polite and courteous throughout the whole process, and finished the job within a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving, and even took the time to give advice and to answer some questions my wife had about possible future work/updating. Out of the three quotes I requested for the job, they were the most reasonable as well.
