Technician Showed Up on Time

Technician showed up on time after his courtesy call. He listened intently as I described our issue. He asked if I was okay with his apprentice doing the work under his supervision. I was. They replaced a bad breaker in the panel box and was done in a jiffy. Everything worked as it should afterward. Very happy with the service.
