The 34th annual Taste of Alpharetta brought Downtown Alpharetta to life on Thursday, May 14, 2026, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of over 25,000 food lovers for a vibrant celebration of local flavor.
The five-hour culinary festival transformed the streets into a walker’s paradise, featuring a massive lineup of more than 70 brick-and-mortar restaurants serving up everything from gourmet appetizers to creative desserts.
Using the event’s cashless digital currency, “TasteBucks,” attendees sampled diverse dishes ranging from $1 to $6 while enjoying live music flowing from four different stages throughout the district. Beyond the incredible menu offerings, the 2026 festival was highly interactive, introducing a new hands-on agricultural and culinary learning pavilion called “The Taste Lab” alongside the classic, high-energy Kidz Zone and a highly competitive, chef-judged culinary competition.
